IT advances to Service One

IT services are beginning to transfer from Assyst into Service One, with the IDS service desk team starting to log phone requests inside Service One from Wednesday 27 May 2020.

All other IT services will stay in Assyst for now pending later transition, which means University requests will be split across two systems until this happens.

Whichever way a request is logged throughout this period, staff will receive an email notification and this can be used to understand which system to follow up, should this be necessary.

Once IT services completes its transition to Service One, all service requests may be made inside that platform instead of by email.
