Flinders Caring Futures Institute researchers have found pre-frailty begins at 40-49 in 45% of people, and Health2Go has responded with a free ‘Healthy for Life’ assessment available for people with pre-existing chronic conditions or those simply looking to take a more proactive approach to staying healthy.

The service is a student-led clinic run by senior clinical educators and an interdisciplinary group of allied health students who will provide an individualised assessment, identifying the need for evidence-based specialised input and education as well as access to ‘Healthy for Life’ diet and lifestyle initiatives.
