A draft Flinders University staff Code of Conduct is now available for comment. This document will provide staff with an easy-to-access overview of their responsibilities otherwise detailed in agreements, legislation, policies and procedures.

Codes of Conduct are commonplace in modern organisations and are in place in many universities. The Flinders University Code will inform new staff of the behavioural expectations of the University and demonstrate to external stakeholders how we embed our values and ethos.

The University is now seeking feedback on the draft Code of Conduct, which is available here. Please provide responses to policyandsecretariat@flinders.edu.au by Friday, 11 September 2020.
