Spooky Zumba and free yoga

Flinders University Sport & Fitness is offering free yoga, free boot camp sessions, and spooky Zumba in its October line-up of special activities.

Free yoga

Free yoga sessions will take place in the Studio behind Grind & Press every Wednesday from 7 October to 4 November, from 5:15 to 6:15pm.

Open to staff and students, bookings are not required (but places are limited):

  • 7 October: Introduction to yoga
  • 14 October: Power yoga
  • 21 October: Yin yoga with meditation
  • 28 October: Yoga for the nervous system
  • 4 November: Yoga for insomnia and anxiety

Free boot camp

Boot Camp is back at Flinders from Tuesday 6 October. Running throughout term time, this free fitness activity takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Flinders Sport & Fitness centre. Participants are asked to please bring a towel and drink bottle, and meet at the sports hall.

Zumba

Zumba participants are invited to get their spooky on for Halloween Zumba on Friday 30 October, starting at the later time of 7pm to enable attendees to get creative with costumes and makeup.
