Service One update and drop in sessions

An update to Service One means any current or upcoming IT system outages or issues can now be viewed under the technology category, simply by clicking on the ‘service status’ button across the top of the screen.

This feature is useful to see if issues have already been reported to the IDS service desk.

Recent new services in Service One include ‘Register conflict of interest’ and ‘Register a gift or benefit’, which were formerly found in Flinders Pro (Appian).

The project team are holding drop-in sessions to offer hands-on support, and talk through any questions or suggestions staff may have around using Service One. Join them on the ground floor inside the Hub at either of the following times:

11:00am-12noon Wednesday 28 October
11:00am-12noon Thursday 29 October
