On Friday 15 January, Flinders University made about 4,000 undergraduate offers, and it was the busiest day on record for the Flinders Connect team, which took approximately 700 calls to help our new students navigate their commencement processes including enrolment.

Flinders Connect is now able to provide virtual enrolment support to help prospective students from any location. Technology enables the staff to see exactly what the student is seeing on their computer which allows us to guide them through the enrolment process.

Every available staff member was taking calls and the phones ran hot until 5 pm.

We look forward to seeing all of our new students at Orientation and on campus very soon.
