Discount tickets for Fringe drama

To celebrate the opening weekend of the Adelaide Fringe, which presents a month of frenetic Arts activity from 19 February, staff at Flinders University are being offered $15 tickets (normally $29) to the theatre production Sea Wall on Friday 19 February and Saturday 20 February – thanks to the generosity of Flying Penguin Productions.

Sea Wall, written by Simon Stephens, is being presented at the Adelaide Festival Centre. It follows the story of Alex, who loves his wife, his daughter, his job – in fact, his whole life almost seems too good to be true. But sometimes, when you least expect it, the heavy aspects of life can crash into you and everything you thought dependable can be washed away in an instant. It’s a breath-taking modern tragedy about family, fear and the things that can’t be undone.

Directed by Flinders Drama graduate David Mealor (BA(Hons) ’94) and starring Flinders lecturer Renato Musolino, the Adelaide Fringe production of Sea Wall runs until 21 February.

This special Flinders staff ticket offer is only available through FringeTix – and to obtain the discount price, participants need to book full price tickets, then go to checkout and apply the promo code FDC.
