New podcast on Indigenous knowledge

Professor Joanne Arciuli, Dean of Research from the College of Nursing and Health Sciences and leader of the Methodological Innovation group in the Caring Futures Institute, hosts a podcast on Indigenous ways of thinking and research.

Every episode, a guest speaker joins Professor Arciuli to discuss their perspective of Indigenous knowledge and research, innovations and how incorporating Indigenous knowledge into care can improve outcomes.

Special guests include Nina Sivertsen, College of Nursing & Health Sciences, discussing her experience of Indigenous knowledge and research in Norway and Australia; Tirritpa Ritchie, College of Nursing & Health Sciences, sharing his views about Indigenous knowledge and its incorporation in health research; Tamara Mackean, College of Medicine and Public Health, discussing her experience of Indigenous knowledge and methodological innovations in Indigenous research and Nancy Bates sharing her views on the role of music and art in Indigenous health research.
