Recruitment policy and procedure refresh

Recruitment policy and recruitment procedures have been refreshed and can now be accessed via the Flinders Policy Library.

These new documents supersede any previous policies and procedures (specifically, the Appointment Policy and the Recruitment and Vacancy Management Procedures) and go hand-in-hand with sourcing and selecting talented staff to join Flinders University.

The Professional Development Unit provides a detailed training courses to assist Appointment Committee Panel Members undertake successful recruitment and appointment within the University. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with these documents and training as appropriate.
