3MT winner is also the People’s Choice

Chad Han, from the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, is the 2021 winner of Flinders University’s 3MT (Three-Minute Thesis) final.

Chad took out top honours and the People’s Choice award in the Flinders University final, which was held on Friday 10 September. His presentation, Stay at home: breaking the vicious cycle of hospital readmissions, was judged the winner by an international panel of judges from Canada, the UK and New Zealand.

Chad walks away with $2,5000 for his dual wins, and Reham has won $1,000.

Chad now progresses to the Asia-Pacific final, which will be held as virtual event in October.
