Check in on your wellbeing

As we near the end of another challenging year, it’s important to ensure that your wellbeing is in good shape.

This week is Psychology Week, which is exploring the role that psychology plays in the workplace. This is important to all of us – as there’s no doubt that the past year has significantly changed how we live and work.

The Órama Institute for Mental Health & Wellbeing, in partnership with SAHMRI Be Well Co, have put together the Be Well Tracker, and staff can try it out here.

The Be Well Tracker allows you to track your mental health and wellbeing using reliable, scientific assessment tools put together by our academic researchers. You can redo the measurements whenever you like, so you’re able to keep track of your results at your own pace.

All data collected by the Be Well Tracker is secure, de-identified and private.
