Professional Services teams throughout Flinders University want your feedback to help refine and improve the services that are being provided to support you, your teams and our students.
The Improving Flinders Services Survey has been developed to gather feedback on services provided and best understand and improve service provision across the University.
Watch for an email from the Vice-President (Corporate Services) Mark Gregory tomorrow, which will include a link to the survey. The survey will remain open until midnight Tuesday 3rd May.
Each year, aggregate results and comments from surveys are shared with our service providers and help inform service improvement decisions. The survey results are also included in the yearly Annual Planning and Accountability Cycle process, so the University can discuss what aspects are working well and what needs improvement.
To thank you for taking part in the survey, each respondent will go into the draw to win some fantastic prizes.
First prize: Adelaide United jersey.
Second prize: Assorted Flinders merchandise, including FEARLESS hoodies and trackies.
Third prize: NV Serafino Goose Island Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir.
