The 2022 Improving Flinders Services Survey will be closing at the end of this week, so you’ll need to get in quick to submit your feedback and have your name in the draw to win a prize.

The survey will ask you to provide feedback on services you’ve received or used, and all responses are confidential.

By completing the survey, you’ll be in with a chance to win a number of prizes.
