Webcast places a female focus on finance

The latest webcast from UniSuper will dive into the unique challenges that women face when it comes to money and saving for retirement.

The complexity of this issue is highlighted by the high number of women in part-time work, and who take time out of the workforce to care for children and family.

While this event focuses on women in all their diversity, we acknowledge that trans and gender diverse people retire with substantially less super than men, as they face significant barriers to full employment. Therefore, this event is suitable for members at any age or gender who want a better understanding of their finances.

The webcast will be held at 12.30pm on Tuesday 6 September and will cover:

  • How to build a financial foundation.
  • Understanding your superannuation.
  • Insurance considerations.
  • Planning retirement.

The interactive webcast allows you to submit questions during the presentation. The webcast will be open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, allowing you to download the presentation pack and view supporting material before the session begins.

Register here to be involved in the presentation (your registration details are kept confidential by UniSuper).

If you would prefer to skip the webcast and speak to someone directly, you can contact a Super Consultant and book an appointment online or call 1800 823 842.
