Information and Digital Services (IDS) is encouraging its teams to take some time out with family and friends, so will be operating with reduced staff numbers from 22 December 2022 until 6 January 2023.

During this time, continuity of key services will be maintained and IDS staff on duty will be available to deal with any urgent issues.

However, please note that the IDS Service Desk will be closed from 5pm, Friday 23 December 2022 until Tuesday 3 January 2023, in line with the formal University closure period. During this time, arrangements have been put in place for emergency support – and this information has been provided to key stakeholders. If there is an emergency during this time, please contact your team leader, who will be able to provide advice on what steps need to be taken.
