To help take the message of science to the public, Pint of Science Australia is looking for speakers to present at Pint of Science events being held from 22 to 24 May.

As a passionate national volunteer organisation, Pint of Science Australia aims knock down stereotypes, build science appreciation and highlight the amazing science that is brewing in our own backyard.

Public events held in local pubs are grouped into six main categories that cover the broad scope of scientific expertise:

• Atoms to Galaxies: physics, chemistry, maths and astronomy.
• Beautiful Mind: neuroscience, psychology and psychiatry.
• Our Body: medicine, human biology and health.
• Our Society: law, history, politics, policy and languages.
• Planet Earth: geosciences, botany and zoology.
• Tech Me Out: biotechnology, robotics and computers.
