Healthy habits to help relieve stress

You can learn practical techniques to improve your productivity and reduce your stress levels thanks to a webinar being presented by the Work Health and Safety Unit on Wednesday 17 May.

5 Habits for Balance and Intentionality, a presentation hosted by experienced de-clutter expert Rebecca Mezzino, will help attendees achieve greater balance in their lives through improving productivity and reducing stress.

During the 90-minute webinar, Rebecca will talk about the myth of multitasking, setting boundaries for space and time, letting go of perfectionism, dealing with procrastination and blocks, and outline a key principle for keeping spaces organised.

By incorporating Rebecca’s suggested habits into their daily routine, attendees will be able to cultivate greater peace and intentionality and achieve their personal and professional goals with greater ease and efficiency.
