Campus works updates

Power Outage – Various buildings on South Ridge

A second electrical outage takes place on campus this coming weekend, from 6pm Friday 21 July to 5.00am Monday 23 July,  affecting Physical Sciences Workshops, Earth Sciences Building, McHughs, URRSA Archive, Flinders Press and Property Services.

There will be disruptions to power during switching. Unless special electrical backup arrangements have been made there will be loss of power for a changeover period of about 1 hour. Therefore, if you manage sensitive equipment in one of these areas and have not yet spoken to Properties, Facilities and Development, please contact Darren Tan immediately by email: dtan@flinders.edu.au

Save all of your work and shut down your computers ahead of these times. Fridges will be turned off and on during this time. Please ensure any perishable items are removed prior to the weekend. Please avoid the area wherever possible during this time.

For non-urgent enquiries about this upcoming power outage please call 8201 2733.
