Improving Flinders Services Survey to enhance staff support

Professional Services teams across Flinders University want your feedback to help us refine and improve the services they provide to support you, your teams and our students.

Now in its fifth year, the Improving Flinders Services Survey has been developed to gather feedback on services provided by many areas across the University. This anonymous feedback is used to develop improvements in processes and workflows, such as recent improvements made to P&C processes including a streamlined Workday recruitment process.

 This year, updates have been made to service areas that reflect recent organisational changes. Please choose and rate any services you have accessed over the past three months.

Staff will receive an Improving Flinders Services Survey link via email tomorrow, and the survey will remain open until Friday 4 August.

Each year, the anonymous results and comments submitted are shared with our service providers to recognise great service and inform service improvement decisions. These are also included in the yearly Annual Planning and Accountability Cycle process, so the University can discuss what is working and what needs improvement.

Respondents can enter the prize draw again this year for some fantastic prizes.
