A permit is now needed for Tonsley Car Park P2, to help prioritise parking in this busy precinct for Flinders University staff and students.

From Semester 2 (Monday 24 July), you will need a vPermit to park a vehicle in Tonsley Car Park P2.

If you already have a Bedford Park vPermit, no further action is required, but if you don’t have a current vPermit, you can apply now through Flinders’ Okta dashboard.

Important things to know:

• A Bedford Park vPermit is valid at Tonsley.
• Student residential vPermits are not valid at Tonsley.
• A Tonsley vPermit is not valid at Bedford Park.
• CellOPark is not available at Tonsley.
• Each time you park in Tonsley Car Park P2, you must make sure that your car registration matches the active vehicle registration listed on your vPermit page.
• vPermit is only required between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• vPermit does not guarantee a park. Always check signage at other Tonsley car parks.

Road works continue along University Drive near the Sports Road intersection. Speed restrictions and single lane closures heading north and south will be in place, so please be aware of changing conditions and speed limits. Drivers are asked to slow down and take additional care.
