This week the Canvas project team is answering the question: How do I edit a quiz once students have made submissions?
Changes can be made to a Canvas quiz after submissions have been made, but students may need to be re-graded, depending upon the change that was made.
After making the required changes to the quiz, determine if student scores need to be regraded:
- Changes to multiple choice, true/false or multiple answer questions should be made using the regrade tool.
- Changes to the number of questions or point values can be accommodated using the fudge points feature in SpeedGrader to manually add or remove points from a student’s score.
- If required, students can be given another attempt by moderating the quiz.
