Those who have attended a campus recently have possibly seen posters asking staff to download any Moodle, Kaltura and Collaborate materials that are not migrating to Canvas.

But how are students being supported?

Students are being informed about the shutdown of “old FLO” through specially created messages on digital signs, as well as in emails, student newsletters and social media.

For those staff who want to help spread the word, a PowerPoint slide has been created that can be added to teaching materials. The slide informs students about the closure of FLO on 21 December and prominently displays the address of the Download FLO website.
