All staff will be able to access the New City Campus from 15 January 2024. Opening hours are:

  • Public Opening Hours: 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • After hours (swipe card access only): 6-10pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends: 8am-6pm.

Working at the New City Campus

For staff working at the New City Campus next year on a regular or ad-hoc basis, be aware that we have a dedicated staff floor on level 7. To learn more about these spaces, please refer to the Information Pack: Level 7 Staff Floor Pack.

A new and improved Resource Booker tool will be available from 15 December and replaces the current Web Room Booking system. Additional features will be rolled out in future releases, including the ability to book a workstation at the New City Campus and integrate with room display panels. Keep an eye out for when Resource Booker comes online for booking workstations.

Support videos and Quick Reference Guides have been created to help navigate this new and intuitive system once it goes live. You can access these resources and learn more about Resource Booker here.

Support

Increased levels of support will be available in the building while we get used to our new campus. The City Campus Services team will be available at the Welcome Hub on level 1 from 8am to 8pm for students and staff. For AV, Technical or Caretaking support or services, staff will be available onsite and through existing processes by lodging a Service One request or phone 8201 2345. Interactive kiosks located on Level 1 and throughout Levels 2-4 will enable anyone to self-serve for directions, replacement ID cards, or join a support queue.

Staff Welcome Week – week commencing 5 February 2024

All staff are invited to attend Staff Welcome Week and enjoy a range of activities, plus food, entertainment and experiences. All staff are welcome, and more details will be shared in the new year.
