Our New City Campus is now fully operational, so here’s a timely reminder of the best way to access all Flinders support services.

IT Support: For any IT, AV or PC/workstation set-up support, please raise a Service One request in the first instance. This is the most efficient way to request support while in the City Campus. IDS representatives are available at the City Campus between 8am and 8pm on weekdays. Please remember that the New City Campus is a BYOD device campus.

Facilities Support: For Facility Services, including room access, caretaking or cleaning requests, please raise a Service One request.

Security Services: Security services at the new city campus will include Security Guards onsite from 6.30am to 10.30pm on weekdays, and 7.30am to 6.30pm on weekends. Security services can be reached through the existing phone number (08) 8201 2880, which is managed by the control room and is staffed 24/7. Security Escorts provide a walking service for students and staff to some local transport options and The Switch accommodation. The escort services depart from the Ground Floor entrance of the City Campus on the hour, from 6pm through to 10pm on weekdays and 5pm to 8pm on weekends. General Support: Staff can also access support from the dedicated City Campus Services Team, onsite between 8am and 8pm, and from ther New City Campus webpage, which is packed with lots of helpful information and resources. You can find the City Campus Services Team in the Welcome Hub on Level 1 and in the Student Services space on Level 2.
