Professional Mentoring in 2024

Flinders University’s Professional Mentoring Program for 2024 was officially launched last week with an afternoon tea event at Alere Cafe.

The photo booth was a hit at the launch of the 2024 Professional Mentoring Program.

The room was full of enthusiastic conversation and laughter, as program participants met each other for the first time – and some braved the fun photo booth with fabulous and rather hilarious results.

New connections were made across the organisation as staff commenced their mentoring journey and networked with other program participants.

This program aims to support emerging leaders and provides an opportunity for professional staff to take ownership of their own professional and career goals.

This year marks the sixth time the program has run, and we look forward to reporting on the ongoing success of the 2024 group.
