The Professional Services teams across the University want your feedback to help refine and improve the services they provide to support you, your teams, and our students. To help understand and improve the service provisions across the University, the Improving Flinders Services Survey has been developed to gather feedback on services provided by a number of areas across the University.

On Monday 15 April, you will receive an email with further information about the survey, which you can access via the staff webpage. The survey will remain open until midnight Monday 6 May.

Each year aggregate results and comments are shared with our service providers to recognise great service and inform service improvement decisions. They are also included in the yearly Annual Planning and Accountability Cycle process so the University can discuss what is working and what needs improvement.

Respondents can enter the prize draw again this year for some fantastic prizes.
