Canvas gradebooks have a greater range of features than Moodle – so before grades need to be finalised at the end of the semester, topic coordinators are encouraged to reflect on how they use gradebooks.

From new ways of releasing grades, automatically applying late grades, or excluding grades from assessments, there are several new features that Topic Coordinators can use to manage student progress.
