It’s performance review time!

Have you started thinking about completing your Performance Review and Development (PRD) in Workday? Now is the perfect time!

The PRD is an important part of the annual planning and review cycle, allowing you and your manager to reflect on your past performance and set shared performance and development goals and objectives for the future. These conversations are expected to happen at least once within a 12-month period.

You may remember that the PRD system in Workday was updated in March, making it more flexible and user friendly. To help you navigate the system we are hosting a training session on Thursday 26 September 2024. This session is open to both academic and professional staff and will cover how to use both the guided and upload your own functions.
