Partial temporary closure of Car Park 15

Business Blue bays relocating in Car Park 1
On Monday 18 November, the Business Blue bays located on the upper level of Car Park 1 will be permanently relocated from near the steps to further into the car park at the base of the ramp.
Works to repaint lines will take place during the morning, with approximately 20 bays inaccessible during works. Please follow directions on signs.
Truck on lake path
On Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 November, sewer relining works are taking place adjacent to the north eastern entrance of the Physical Sciences building. There will be a cordoned off area on the lake path for a truck, with pedestrian access maintained both around the lake and into the building. You may notice some noise and vibration coming from the truck during works. Please take additional care if walking near this location.
Electrical maintenance
Safety Switch push button testing will take place in Earth Sciences, IST, SILC and the Physical Sciences Workshop this week and Sir Eric Neal building next week.
Appliance testing and tagging continues at Tonsley, MOB and in the Biology Discovery Centre this week, and starts in Physical Sciences Teaching Labs on Monday 18 November. This work will be conducted during business hours, so be prepared for laptop chargers, monitors etc to be tested. Testing requires appliances to be powered down.
Car Park 7 closed for parking
A reminder that car park 7 remains closed for staff and student parking. Please follow directions on signs, do not open gates or move bollards to gain entry – these are in place to cordon off building sites for your safety.
Turf maintenance trucks on-site
Reminder that you may notice more trucks on the northern end of University Drive, and machinery on the Flinders ovals on Sturt Road until Friday. Trucks will be entering and exiting the drop-off area in front of the HMRB from University Drive to deliver sand. Staff and students using the University Drive/Sturt Drive pedestrian crossing and footpath should be mindful of trucks crossing.
