While many parts of the University are preparing for a break over the festive season, some staff will remain busy, including University travel.

If you’re intending to travel between Christmas and mid-January, please be sure to organise your insurance needs before 18^th December 2024, when the Risk and Assurance team will be taking a break.

The following services will be unavailable from Friday 20 December 2024 to the Sunday 5 January 2025:

• Confirmation of Insurance for Research and Clinical Trials
• Insurance Requests and Inquiries
