From Friday 14 March to Sunday March 16, Information and Digital Services (IDS) will be upgrading the ServiceOne platform to the latest release. No service disruptions are expected during the upgrade weekend.

As part of the upgrade, we will be enabling Global Search across the platform. This tool will allow you to conduct system-wide searches and effectively locate records, reducing the need to navigate multiple menus. There will be no other major changes to the User Experience on the platform.

As we continue to upgrade our core IDS platforms like ServiceOne, we ensure they remain supported, keep our university safe and position Flinders University to take advantage of future capabilities.
