In recognition of Flinders University’s position as a leader in social impact, Flinders has been ranked in the top 25 universities worldwide delivering on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In a standout year, Flinders achieved:

• #2 globally and#1 in Australia for Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10)

• #5 globally and #1 in Australia for Gender Equality (SDG 5)

• #10 in the world for Climate Action (SDG 13)

• #11 globally for Good Health and Wellbeing (SDG 3)

• Top 50 worldwide for Sustainable Cities (SDG 11), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17)

• 21^st in the world overall

These results are an endorsement and in recognition of the work that we do every day to address inequality, ensure equitable access to education and making a real and sustainable difference in the communities we serve.
