While our Innovate RAP has formally concluded, our reconciliation journey continues — embedded in our daily work, relationships, and decision-making. Reconciliation is not a single milestone; it is a continuous and collective movement. We remain deeply committed with integrity, respect, and a shared ambition for a more inclusive future.

We are now entering the consultation phase for our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan, set to launch in May 2026. This next stage will guide us over the following three years, with a strong focus on ‘Embedding and Extending’ deepening our impact and further integrating reconciliation across the University.

We invite all staff to take part in the Consultation Sessions. Your voice and perspectives are vital in shaping this next phase.
