The current Credit Transfer policy is one of Flinders’ legacy policies yet to be updated in line with the current Policy Framework. The policy also requires a comprehensive revision of its format to ensure alignment with our provider obligations under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards).

Accordingly, a revised new policy and procedures have been developed that aim to ensure that credit decisions are fair, evidence-based, and clearly communicated to students and staff. Feedback on the draft revised Credit Policy and supporting procedures is now invited and can be sent to annika.danielsson@flinders.edu.au until Wednesday, 8 October 2025.
