Now is the perfect time to get started on your Performance Review and Development (PRD) in Workday with the new template live in the system.

These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and align the PRD process with two important areas: Agenda 2035 and required training for legislative compliance.

The Guided templates have been updated to reflect the newly launched Agenda 2035, ensuring that goal setting and development conversations are aligned with the long-term University strategy. If you prefer to use your own template, consider how your goals align with the strategic direction and core enablers underpinning the 2035 Agenda.

Additionally, a new section has been added to both the Guided and Upload templates to capture required training completion. This update supports transparency and helps continuing and fixed-term staff to understand their training obligations.
