Led by Dr Alyce Martin, Senior Research Fellow and Head of Gut Hormones in the Health & Disease Lab, and Dr Jake Robinson, Microbial Ecologist specialising in Restoration Genomics & Biodiversity-Health Connections, this interactive session will walk you through the latest research and practical strategies for optimising your digestive health.

Throughout the session, you’ll explore topics including the environmental origins of food and their impact on gut health, learn how to decode what your poo reveals about your wellbeing, and examine the links between diet, additives, and the microbiome.
