Take time out this R U OK? Day to invest in your wellbeing, reconnect with what helps you thrive at work, and gain practical tools to support yourself and those around you.
Join performance coach and endurance athlete Lachlan Stuart – who ran 58 marathons in 58 days for mental health awareness – who will offer powerful insights into self-leadership, mental resilience and finding your next gear when plans change or pressure builds.
You’ll also hear from Flinders experts Professor Danny Eckert, Professor Robert Adams and Associate Professor Amy Reynolds as they unpack the relationship between sleep and a healthy mind and body and provide practical tips to help boost your wellbeing.
They’ll discuss:
- The importance of sleep and how it influences our health, performance and daily interactions, as well as debunking common sleep myths.
- What happens when we don’t get enough sleep, and how common sleep disorders can be treated.
Hosted by Thriving@Flinders, The Wellbeing Reset: Sleep, Resilience and Calm conference brings together leading voices in sleep health and healthy mindsets for an engaging afternoon designed to inform, energise and inspire.
