Give old uniforms a new life

A pile of clothes neatly folded

Got an old Flinders uniform or branded item you no longer wear? Instead of throwing it away, recycle it and help reduce textile waste.

As part of a six-month trial, staff can now recycle unwanted Flinders uniforms and other branded textiles that can’t be donated. Collected items will be shredded and repurposed into new products, helping keep materials out of landfill and supporting Flinders’ sustainability goals.

Drop off your unwanted items at the Property, Facilities and Development (PFD) Campus Operations office located in room 124 on level 1 of the Registry building at the Bedford Park campus.

Find out more about Flinders’ recycling and sustainability initiatives on the Resource Recovery webpage.
