Ben Voyvodic, is completing his third year of the Flinders MD in Darwin and Alice Springs. With a keen interest in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgery and a passion for rural and Indigenous health, he submitted an abstract to the recent Royal Australian College of Surgeons (RACS) Annual Scientific Meeting. Ben presented on ‘The longitudinal history of otitis media severity and hearing outcomes in Aboriginal children in remote South Australia’. He delivered his findings to approximately 100 Fellows and was judged the winner of Best Oral Presentation by a panel including Dr Hemi Patel, Head of ENT & Head & Neck Surgery at Royal Darwin Hospital. Congratulations Ben!
