Can you pitch a thesis in only three minutes? Each year, Flinders University PhD students are invited to promote their research in a competition which will develop their communication skills, boost their career and place them in the running to win a $5,000 research travel grant as the main Asia-Pacific 3MT prize.

The 2023 Competition is well underway, with the best of the best identified through the College Heats and the Semi-Final. If you missed these events you can catch up with the recordings.

The 3MT Semi-final was held on the 25^th of August and our top six competitors were chosen. You can learn more about each of these incredible finalists and their research by clicking on their image below.

Our next 3MT event is the Flinders University 3MT Final on Friday the 8^th September from 2:30-4:00pm.  Students and staff, and members of the public are encouraged to join us in person in the Health Science Lecture Theatre Complex (HSLTC 1.01) or online using the link below.
