Intended audience: IDS staff
The Agile Community of Practice (CoP) is an open forum in which interested staff are able to discuss, challenge and learn from each other the skills, tools and methods used to apply agile thinking and behaviours in their work. We aim to provide an environment where all staff can share experiences, learnings and test new ideas. We offer a mix of practical workshops and discussion forums and encourage members to bring real world problems from their teams to work through. We meet every Tuesday at 2:30pm – 3:30pm at UpCo coffee in the hub, except for the first Friday of the month where we meet at the Tavern from 3- 4pm. Look out for the group of people gathered around with sticky notes and whiteboard markers.
