Change Management Community of Practice

Intended audience: IDS staff

The Change Management Community of Practice (CoP) is an open forum in which interested staff are able to discuss, challenge and learn from each other the skills, tools and methods and strategies used to manage change. The CoP exists to support staff working in a variety of roles who have an interest in organisational, or business Change Management. All staff are invited to get involved in the conversation, join the Team site and attend a CoP meeting. We’ll be planning a range of informal meet-ups and structured workshops in the coming months.
