As of January 3rd, 2012, the Library has changed the location of hold/request pickups. Instead of going to the Lending Services counter in your Library, look for the shelf: “Collect your requests here.” Your hold/request will be shelved alphabetically by last name for you to collect and loan.
(Note: for items requested through Document Delivery, please ask at the Lending Services desk.)
