Hi there, my name is Sian Woolcock and I am the new Science & Engineering Liaison Librarian here at the Flinders University Library.

This is my first time working at Flinders University having previously worked in the Library of the University of South Australia. It hasn’t taken me long to fall in love with the beautiful campus at Bedford Park, and having just had my first visit to Tonsley Park, I couldn’t help but be impressed by the state of the art teaching and research facilities that have been built there.

I am really excited about my new role as Science & Engineering Liaison Librarian and also about working within the vibrant Central Library. My role involves supporting the learning, teaching and research needs of academic staff, students and researchers within the faculty of Science and Engineering.

I have already met some of the staff and students within the Science & Engineering faculty and I am looking forward to meeting and working with the rest of the faculty.

My office can be found on level 1 of the Central Library except on Thursday afternoons when I am at Tonsley. My door is always open if you would like to pop in to ask a question, discuss any training and resource requirements you might have or just to say hello!

Alternatively email or telephone me if you would like to make an appointment at either Bedford Park or Tonsley.
