Local three-piece group Vincent’s Chair will feature their atmospheric jazz, pop and folk-influenced songs in Wednesday’s lunchtime concert in the Noel Stockdale Room of the Central Library at 1.05pm. Admission is by gold coin donation and all are welcome.
