Dr Carly Moores and Louisa Matwiejczyk were awarded Travel Grants from Healthy Development Adelaide to attend and present their work at the European Congress of Obesity in Portugal and the International Society for Behavioural Nutrition and Physical Activity (ISBNPA) Conference in Canada.

Dr Kacie Dickinson will take part in the Theo Murphy High Flyers Think Tank hosted by Australian Academy of Science in July. The 3-day workshop will bring together early and mid-career researchers to “rethink food and nutrition science”. The outcome will be contribution to the development of a long-term strategic planning process for the research discipline of nutrition in Australia.
