Welcome to the 2018 edition of The Appetiser. We hope you enjoy receiving our news and do let us know how we can improve this communication. We commence 2018 with our usual cohort of Bachelor and Masters of Nutrition & Dietetics students, and a growing cohort of Bachelor of Human Nutrition students, who we look forward to working with. We are excited about expanding our reach into the nutrition space and discovering new roles for our graduates. We welcome a bigger team with the arrival of Associate Professor Rebecca Golley as our research lead and her research team. We also welcome Sophie Palyga as Community/Public Health placement tutor based at Uniting Care Wesley Bowden. In 2018 we will be preparing our submission to the Dietitians Association of Australia for re-accreditation of our Nutrition & Dietetic programs and this is always a big job.
