In the coming months, the Professional Research Staff Community of Practice will be looking for ideas for a workshop or two to be delivered by the Professional Development Unit at Flinders University. We are open to suggestions but this could include topics like addressing selection criteria for job applications or perhaps a ‘how to’ for performance reviews.

< Looking back 

At the end of March we held a casual information session for Professional Research Staff mentoring, kindly presented by Briony Forbes.  The mentoring will run in a small group style of 3-5 people, which feedback from staff suggests suits this group of people. Final numbers and groupings is currently underway and we are hoping to match mentors to begin sessions soon.
