Hailay Gesesew receive award for ‘Most Popular Session’ at State Population Health Conference

Hailay GesesewHailay Gesesew, a Public Health PhD student, was recently awarded ‘Most Popular Session’ at the 2016 State Population Health Conference held on Saturday, 22 October 2016 at the Education Development Centre, Hindmarsh. The title of his presentation was ‘Discontinuation from anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in Ethiopia: A systematic review and meta-analysis.’

This presentation specially assessed the association between discontinuation from ART and demographic, behavioural and clinical factors. Hailay is supervised by Professor Paul Ward and Dr Lillian Mwanri. For further information please go to the PHC website http://www.phaasa.com/
