The past month and a half has been filled with a whirlwind of amazing weekend adventures, end of semester festivities and of course final exams and papers.

I visited Sydney, which included a visit to see the Sydney Opera House, Harbor Bridge, Bondi Beach and Manly Beach! The trip fell at the beginning of the Vivid Light Festival where they light up the Opera House and surrounding buildings after dark. This was a unique first glance at the Opera House as the first time I laid eyes on it was at night!

Bondi was nothing short of amazing and exceeded my expectations in every way! Cute beach side shops lined the streets across the road from the picturesque beach, There was also a beautiful walk that leads you from Bondi Beach to Congee with several different beaches, beachside pools and gorgeous rock faces to see along the way!

A roadtrip along the Great Ocean Road between Adelaide and Melbourne was also a must do! The scenic route offers amazing oceans views including the 12 Apostles and the opportunity to visit Bells Beach where Rip Curl holds surf competitions!

Of course exploring South Australia was on the itinerary as well. I visited Handorf, a small German Settlement that had amazing schnitzel and the beautiful Barossa Valley for wine tasting!
